Registration Fees:

Admin Fees = 75,00 € (one time fee)

A late fee of €150.00 will apply to all registrations completed after September 13, 2026.

Kindly note that fees will apply upon the amount settlement date only and not upon registration date.

Cancellation Policy

Conference fee cancellation:
3 months prior to the conference: full refund,
Up to 2 months prior to the conference: 50% refund,
Less than 2 months: no refund.

Wednesday 11th of Nov:
Departure Day

We have teamed up with Swissôtel Nankai at Osaka to offer you the best possible rates.

Rates: Benefit from a special rate starting at 196 EUR per room per night. Reservation on the booking link is for 2 nights on 8th and 9th November. If would like to book on the 3 days pre or 3 days post conference, please send an email directly to the hotel at RoomSales.Osaka@swissotel.com. They will check the availability and reply back to process booking.

Cut off date for booking of these rooms is 25.08.26. After the said date, the hotel will charge normal price upon room availability.
No show : Rooms not occupied during nights booked will be fully invoiced (100%).

Remarks:

ATAX is accommodation tax.
The above rates are inclusive of 13% service charge and 10 % consumption tax per room per night.
The above rates include daily buffet breakfast(s), one for single and two for double occupancy per room.
Complimentary WiFi in the guest room as well as public area of the hotel.
Two bottles of mineral water in room, daily replenished.
The hotel reserves the right to review and adjust the service charge, as well as tax, should there be any changes in the statutory taxes imposed by the local authorities.
Porterage fee will be charged at JPY500net per luggage per way if required.
Room drop fee will be charged at JPY407net per items if required.
Smoking Penalty: All guest rooms are non-smoking. Any violation of the regulation will be fined JPY15,000net per room with 2-night room charges as penalty.
